In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the processing of personal data arising from this Agreement and, where appropriate, subsequent agreements to be drawn up under it, is subject to the provisions of the current legal regulations, according to which:

a) The personal data you provide will be used for processing for the purpose of managing your registration to the congress and contact, if necessary, for the proper relationship of the parties, being stored for the time necessary to comply with the stipulated legal obligations.

b) The legal basis for the processing of your data derives from the consent given through the registration to the congress, without which the purpose described in the previous paragraph could not be fulfilled.

c) Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless provided for in a legal obligation. In this sense, they will be communicated to the Spanish Society of Clinical Simulation and Patient Safety as co-organizer of the activity, and to the Scientific Committee of the Congress in case you have submitted a communication for evaluation.

Some specific data (name, surname, position and institution) will be visible in the attendees section of the congress web platform to facilitate communication and interaction among participants. This section will only be accessible once the attendee has identified himself/herself with a user name and password.

d) The person responsible for the processing of personal data is Viajes El Corte Inglés, S.A. at Avda. Cantabria,51 28042 Madrid. Your personal data are included in a file under the responsibility of Viajes El Corte Inglés, S.A. with CIF A28229813, with the purpose of attending to the suggestions, requests and queries made by said users through this website.

f) You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression in relation to your personal data, or the limitation or opposition to its processing, as well as the portability of the data, by writing to Viajes El Corte Inglés, S.A at the address Avda. Cantabria,51 28042 Madrid; or by e-mail to delegado.proteccióndatos@elcorteingles.es, indicating in the communication the reference "LOPD".

g) You may withdraw your consent at any time, although the withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

CANCELLATION  POLICY 

Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat (congresosgranada@viajeseci.es).
